Course content
This practical, interactive workshop is for line managers wanting to improve their use of support and supervision for paid staff.
Are you new to managing staff or looking for a refesher course?
We’ll cover:
- What is support?
- What is supervision?
- What is the difference and how to find what is appropriate for the situation
As well as covering how to make supervision work well at your organisation, we’ll look at difficult scenarios you might encounter as a line manager and how to approach them.

Who can book?
Half-day courses are exclusively for trustees, staff and volunteers from voluntary and community sector organisations working in Bradford district.
This includes; charities, community interest companies limited by guarantee, faith groups, sports clubs, and other not-for-profit groups with a constitution.
Not part of a voluntary sector organisation? Not working in Bradford district? Sorry, this course is not for you.
Will I get a booking confirmation?

What about the Zoom link?
