West Yorkshire Police is hosting a free Police Cyber Clinic in Bradford, providing Cyber Protect Advice to small to medium sized businesses, charities and the education sector.

Police Cyber Clinics are an initiative run by the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Organised Crime Unit  Regional Cyber Crime Unit Prevent / Protect team.

Event content

• short presentations
• talks from cyber security professionals
• networking opportunities at interactive networking stalls and
• engaging exercises (Cyber Escape Rooms) to improve delegates’ knowledge and understanding of cybercrime and how it could affect their organisation.

Delegates will also learn about the police-led cyber security products and services that organisations can access free of charge.

There will be information from “NormCyber”, a National Cyber Security Centre “assured cyber incident response” company. There will also be an opportunity for delegates to see the Cyber Blue Line community engagement vehicle in action.
