If your community group needs to close down for any reason, there are certain steps you need to take. These include closing your bank account, and informing relevant bodies e.g. the Charity Commission who have guidance about how to close a charity.
We offer a range of paid-for volunteering support for organisations including one-to-one in person consultations and development work.
We can provide three different training courses (Volunteering: What an organisation needs to know; Supporting and supervising volunteers; and Involving young volunteers) as well as a support package to achieve our Volunteering Quality standard which recognises best practice in your volunteer programme.
