Course content: Measure your Impact

You know your organisation is making a difference, but how do you capture that impact, demonstrate it clearly and use it to strengthen your work?

What we will cover:

• Understand what impact really means and how measuring it can support funding, learning and growth
• Explore different ways to capture your outcomes with practical ideas suitable no matter how big or small your organisation is
• Learn how to present your impact clearly and confidently
• Where to find tools, guidance and resources to help you measure, monitor and communicate with confidence

Whether you’re new to impact measurement or looking to sharpen your skills, you will leave with simple and realistic approaches you can apply straight away.

This supportive, jargon-free session makes impact measurement feel more manageable.

In-house option: if you would like to train several members of your team, you can arrange in-house training just for your organisation and it will be tailored to your current position.

This course is perfect for: project leads, coordinators and managers, and anyone responsible for planning, monitoring or reporting on a project or organisation.

Who can book?

Getting Started courses are exclusively for trustees, staff and volunteers from voluntary and community sector organisations in Bradford district. This includes; charities, community interest companies limited by guarantee, faith groups, sports clubs, and other not-for-profit groups with a constitution.

Not part of a voluntary sector organisation? Not in Bradford district? Sorry, this course is not for you.

Will I get a booking confirmation?

What about the Zoom link?

Two days before the course everyone who books will get another email with the Zoom meeting details. We will also send an email reminder on the day. Remember to check your junk mail folder. We do not publish the Zoom link on the website. You must book a place to get the link.
