Course content

This practical, interactive workshop is for organisations wanting to develop or refresh their business plan.

Business plans do not need to be long, they need to be useful and most importantly, be used.

The workshop will support participants to create an efficient usable document that becomes part of their daily / weekly / monthly practice.

Who can book?

Half-day courses are exclusively for trustees, staff and volunteers from voluntary and community sector organisations working in Bradford district.

This includes; charities, community interest companies limited by guarantee, faith groups, sports clubs, and other not-for-profit groups with a constitution.

Not part of a voluntary sector organisation? Not working in Bradford district? Sorry, this course is not for you.

Will I get a booking confirmation?

Yes, you will get an automated email confirming your booking. Remember to check your junk mail folder. If you use more than one email, remember to check the mailbox for the email address you registered with.

What about the Zoom link?

Two days before the course everyone who books will get another email with the Zoom meeting details. We will also send an email reminder on the day. Remember to check your junk mail folder. We do not publish the Zoom link on the website. You must book a place to get the link.
