Course content

Feeling stretched, juggling competing priorities or constantly adding to your to-do list? You’re definitely not alone!

This course goes beyond traditional time-management advice. It’s not just about managing your workload, it’s about reducing it through smarter ways of working, simple automation and time-saving tools.

What we will cover:

  • Understanding the barriers to getting things done – particularly in a VCSE sector organisation
  • What actually works in practice with realistic, tried-and-tested approaches
  • Tackling common productivity challenges such as underestimating the time a task takes, procrastination, waning motivation and overwhelm
  • Using tools and automations to save time, organise your inbox and reduce repetition
  • Planning your next steps with a clear personalised plan to improve how you manage your time and workload

This supportive, practical and non-judgemental course focuses on making your day-to-day work feel more manageable and freeing up capacity for what really matters.

This course is perfect for: staff, managers and volunteers that are juggling multiple responsibilities, feeling overwhelmed with how much is on the to-do list and those looking for practical ways to save time.
