You Are Invited!

Big Meet 2025

You are invited to the first ever Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise Sector’s Big Meet! Community Action Bradford and District is hosting the first annual Big Meet this Spring. Plus, some fantastic Bradford 2025 City of Culture workshops!

Join us in the afternoon on Thursday 24th April 2025 from 16:00 to 19:00. Our guest speakers will guide us through a range of topics covering Leadership through tough times.

You will hear from our inspirational speakers, have an opportunity to network, and ponder some thought-provoking questions. If that’s not enough, you’ll get a Big Meet Dinner, and have the opportunity to ask any burning leadership questions you may have to our speaker panel.

Every VCSE organisation is eligible for one free ticket. However, the second will be £25 to cover admin costs and speaker fees. Gold subscribers to Briefing Bradford will have access to the second for free.

If you are from a statutory or private organisation, unfortunately this event is not for you. Be sure to keep an eye out for the highlights reel after the event!

Are you part of Bradford 2025 City of Culture or do you want to be?? If so, you can attend from 12:00 to gain access to unique specialist workshops and 1:1 advice sessions. This part of the event will be hosted and facilitated by Participate Projects. Please note you will need to book for the workshops separately.

A big thanks to our event sponsors.

Every charity is different and a “one-size-fits-all” approach is rarely the best option. We take the time to understand your unique circumstances, financial objectives, risk appetite and any ethical restrictions to build a portfolio tailored to your specific needs.

Whether you want to invest for income, growth or to secure your charity’s future, we are here to help.

CNet is a charity and company limited by guarantee operating across Bradford and District to support the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector (VCSE).

All of their projects are “co-produced” with local stakeholders, using an asset based community development approach i.e. utilising local skills, knowledge, resources and relationships to bring about positive change.

Over the years, they have developed and maintained connections with an extensive range of individuals, groups, organisations and cross sector partners.
